摘    要:重点分析了影响宽板坯表面纵裂纹的主要因素和各种因素间的相互作用,同时结合现场宽板坯的实际生产特点,主要从钢水质量、保护渣、水口浸入深度、结晶器、一次冷却、拉速等方面对工艺条件进行了优化,并取得了较好的控制效果。分析认为:生产宽板坯时,钢水w([S])控制在0.01%以下,同时尽量避开包晶区;保护渣液渣层大于10 mm,渣耗稳定在0.5~0.7 kg/t;水口浸入深度为110150 mm;钢水过热度为15~25℃,拉速稳定在1.1~1.20 m/min;结晶器铜板厚度大于38 mm,锥度控制在1.0%~1.2%,进出水温差控制在7~9℃时,可有效抑制宽板坯表面纵裂纹。

Abstract: The article analyzed emphasis the major factors of making surface longitudinal cracks on the wide slab and the interaction of each factor.Combined with the actual production of the wide slab,the article optimized the process conditions from the liquid steel quality,mould flux,the SEN’s depth of penetration,mould,the first cooling system and the casting speed and the better effective was got at last.Through analyzing,it was thought that when the wide slab was produced,sulfur content was controlled under 0.01% and the peritectic area was avoided extreme,the thickness of liquid flux thickness was over 10mm,the slag consumption was stable in the 0.5-0.7kg/t,the SEN’s depth of penetration was 110-150mm,the liquid steel degree of superheat was 15-25℃,the casting speed was stable in the 1.1-1.20m/min,the copper thickness was over 38mm,the taper of mould was controlled in the 1.0%-1.2% and the temperature difference of in-out mould water was controlled in the 7-9℃,and the surface longitudinal cracks on the wide slab can be rejected effectively after adopting those measures.
