摘    要:在贱金属铁基表面化学镀Ni-Co-P, 然后通过化学复合镀制得Ni-Co-P-Al2O3底层, 复合镀层用NaOH溶液浸出,可制得新型Ni-Co-P微孔活性中间层。在中间层上再涂覆匹配性较好的NiCo2O4表面活性层, 该表面活性层由一定浓度配比的Ni(NO3)2和Co(NO3)2通过高温热解而成。 X射线衍射结果表明表面活性层是由NiCo2O4组成,不存在NiO和Co3O4的独立相。这种新型表面活性层用于碱性水电解时具有析氧催化活性高, 稳定性好等特点。

Abstract: Electroless plating Ni-Co-P and composite electroless plating Ni-Co-P-Al2O3 subsequently on Fe substrate were presented.After Ni-Co-P-Al2O3 coatings immersed in 5 mol/L NaOH solution, a new micro-hole and active coating was formed. Deposition of the active NiCo2O4 coating on surface of Ni-Co-P coating was formed after heat treatment in 2.0 mol/L Ni(NO3)2CO(NO3)2 mixing solutions at high temperature. Composition of the surface coating (NiCo2O4) was verified by X-ray diffraction analysis, which showed that no NiO and Co3O4 existed. The new DSA for alkaline water electrolysis has higher catalytic activity and longer life-time.
