摘 要:通过羧甲基纤维素(CMC)接枝大分子季铵盐—环氧丙基三辛基氯化铵(EPTO),合成新型水溶性两性纤维素衍生物(TOPCMC).确定了以环氧氯丙烷、三辛胺合成EPTO的最佳条件:用与三辛胺等体积的乙醇作介质,反应温度控制在73℃左右,反应时间为5 h.还研究了EPTO用量、碱的种类、介质组成等对CMC季铵化的影响.并对原料CMC及产物TOPCMC的IR,DTA及X射线衍射图进行了研究.
Abstract: A new water-soluble amphoteric cellulose derivative(TOPCMC) was obtained by grafting glycidyl trioctylammium(EPTO) onto carboxymethylcellulose(CMC). The proper conditions of preparing EPTO from epichlorohydrin and trioctylamine were determined:using ethanol as medium, whose volume was equal to the trioctylamine′s, the react temperature was controled at about 73℃, the react time was 5 h. The effects of the amount of EPTO, the type of alkali and the solvent composition on quaternaization were studied. The X-ray differaction, DTA and IR spectra of pure CMC and TOPCMC were investigated.
