P350萃取分离火焰原子吸收光度法测定微量金

摘 要:要P350是一种新型的贵金属萃取剂,在盐酸介质中,当盐酸浓度高时,能选择性地萃取金;当盐酸浓度低时能反相萃取金。利用P350这个特点,使金从其基体中分离出来并得到富集。在原子吸收光度计上,作者确定了Au的最佳测定条件和最佳萃取条件,成功地测定了含金量为0.5~40g/t的处银(铜)等样品。其结果与传统的泡沫塑料富集-硫脲解脱原子吸收法测定结果一致,本法萃取效果好,测定速度快,操作简便。
Abstract: P350 is a new~type noble metal extranctant.In hydrochloric acidmedium,P350 can extractgold selectively in strong acid and anti-extract gold in weak acid.Based on this characteris-tic,the gold is separated from its matrixes and enriched.Optimization of analytical and ex-tractical condition of gold is studied out on atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Themethod is successfully applied to some pure silver(copper)samples in which the content ofgold ranges from 0.5~40g/t.The result by this method agreed well with the result of thetraditional polyurthane foam enrlchrrient n1ethod.This method has good extraction effect andquick speed of determination,and it is simpie to operate.
