高速列车牵引变压器的通风散热性能

摘    要:基于高速列车在运行过程中,封闭设备舱内会产生大量热量,若不及时排除,会损坏设备舱内的关键设备,严重影响列车安全运行,采用实车试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究高速列车牵引变压器风道形式对其通风散热性能的影响。研究结果表明:冷却风道出风口平均风速的数值计算结果与试验结果较吻合,两者相对误差仅为2.9%,验证了数值计算结果的可靠性;当牵引变压器风道采用对称机构时,出风口风量与风道进口面积存在1个理论关系式,通过该式可以得到任意进风口面积下牵引变压器出风口风量。

Abstract: Considering that the enclosed equipment cabin will generate a lot of heat when high-speed train runs, which can damage the key equipment in enclosed equipment cabin and seriously affect the safe operation of the train, ventilation and heat dissipation were studied for high-speed train traction transformer duct forms by adopting the combination of vehicle test and numerical simulation method. The results show that the numerical results of average wind velocity accord with the experimental results, with relative error being only 2.9%, which verifies the reliability of the numerical calculation results. There is a theoretical equation about outlet air volume and air duct inlet area when traction transformer duct uses symmetric institutions, and traction transformer outlet air quantity under any air inlet area can be inferred through the equation.
