首钢京唐500m2烧结机厚料层烧结生产实践

摘 要：厚料层烧结是一项重要的广泛采用的烧结技术,具有改善烧结矿强度、提高成品率、降低燃耗等优点。首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司在曹妃甸新建两台烧结机面积为500 m2的烧结厂,自2009年5月投入试生产以来,生产逐步走上正轨,烧结混合料中大于3 mm粒级达75%左右、混合料温65℃以上、烧结料层厚度780 mm左右、固体燃料消耗大约48 kg/t,各类指标均达到设计指标。
Abstract: Deep bed sintering is an important and widely used sintering technology,which has advantages of improving sinter ores′ strength,increasing yield,reducing fuel consumption and so on.Shougang Jingtang steel and iron united Co.,Ltd.,who has constructed a sinter plant with two 500 m2 sinters in the remarkable Caofeidian.Since producing in May 2009,the particle size more than 3 mm is about 75% in mixture,sinter mixture temperature is over 65 ℃,sinter bed thickness is about 780 mm,solid fuel’s consumption is about 48 kg/t,and various types of indicators attain the expected levels.
