摘    要:采用Na2SO4弱碱性溶液吸收烟气中的低浓度SO2,然后把该溶液放在阳离子膜电解槽中进行电解制备回收硫。研究了槽电压、电流密度、电解液循环量、溶液pH值和电解时间的相互关系。研究结果表明,当电解开始时,电流密度随电解液循环量增加而增加,而槽电压下降;当电解液循环速率为49.2 mL·min-1时,电流密度及槽电压趋于稳定,此时相应的电流密度为15.4 A·m-2,槽电压约为3.2 V,电流效率为79.2%,所得产品经X射线检测为α-S。

Abstract: Low-concentration SO2 in flue gas was absorbed by a weakly Na2SO4 alkalit solution and then the solution was electrolyzed in electrolytic cell with ion membrane. The relationships between electrolytic conditions including cell voltage, current density, cyclic rate of electrolyte, pH value of solution, and electrolytic time were investigated. It shows that the current density increases and the corresponding cell voltage decreases with increase of cyclic rate of electrolyte, and then their stability increase when the amount of cyclic solution reaches 49.2 mL·min-1, with the cell voltage about 3.2 V,current density about 15.4 A·m-2, and current efficiency of 79.2% in this case. The product obtained is determined by X-ray diffraction as a high purity α-S.
