摘 要:运用数值计算,研究铝电解槽壳垂直平 板肋的稳态自然对流与表面辐射的耦合传热模型,求解肋板的温度分布、散热量等参数,对肋板性能进行分析,并进行现场实测检验·设计的数值计算程序能简单、 精确、快速地计算电解槽垂直平板肋的散热量,程序计算所得结果比原来算法所得结果包含更多的信息量.
Abstract: This paper analyses numerically the heat transfer combining with conduction, natural convection, and radiation of the vertical side of the aluminium reduction cell shells; calculates the temperature, the heat dissipation and other data of the fins; analyses the characteristics of the fins and tests them with the site determination. Meanwhile, the numerical programs have been designed, by which the calculated results of the heat dissipation of different kinds of aluminium reduction vertical fins can be obtained easily and quickly. Besides, the programs have covered more information than any other existing algorithms.
