缓倾斜中厚矿体机械化采矿理论与技术

摘    要:分析了缓倾斜中厚矿体开采过程中,在地压控制和采场矿石运搬方面存在的困难,从充分发挥无轨设备的工作效率和回采作业的安全角度出发,提出“大盘区、小分段”的设计理念;通过数值模拟,分析了采空区顶板形状对采场稳定性的影响,强调了优化采空区顶板形状对控制采空区顶板稳定的重要性。试验结果表明:在大红山矿区的岩层条件和原岩应力作用下,采空区的跨度不应大于20 m。工业试验结果证明,以上述理论为基础提出的小分段空场开采嗣后尾砂与废石混合充填采矿工艺充分发挥了无轨采掘设备的效率,保证了采场顶板的稳定,改善了作业人员的工作条件,与传统的采矿工艺相比,生产效率提高了3倍以上。

Abstract: Difficulty in field stress controland ore removal in the open stopewas analyzed in themining of gentle dipmulti-strata ores ofmedium size. The theory of“larger stope and smaller span room”was put forward in regard of fully raising theworking efficiency of trackless equipments andmining safety. The influence of the roofshape on room stabilitywas analyzed by numericalmethods. The importance of the optimization of room roof shape to the controlling roof stabilitywas emphasized. The stope span affected by rock stratum and original field stress inDaHongMountainMine iswithin 20m. The results show that the technology of smaller span room mining following slurry andwaste rock filling broughtup on the basis of the above theory has improved the efficiency of trackless equipments greatly. The stability of room roof is under good contro.l The working conditions have been made much better, workers’labor intensity has been greatly decreased and the productivity has been raised more than 3 times compared with the traditionalmining technology.
