摘    要:针对电动汽车用轮毂直驱电机技术研究现状,提出一种新型外转子结构的可变磁通永磁电机(variable flux permanent magnet motor, VFPMM)。首先提出该电机的结构拓扑,结合钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁体转矩增强和铝镍钴(AlNiCo)永磁体磁通可变的特点,分析磁通调节的机理。其次,讨论电机的电磁设计规律,分析和推导永磁体的设计和计算方法,并在此基础上设计1台功率为3 kW的样机。通过有限元仿真,分析设计样机的磁化特性,获得电机的基本运行性能曲线和效率map图,验证所提电机设计的合理性。最后,制作实验样机。研究结果表明:该样机的恒功率调速范围宽,动态性能良好,全局效率较高,满足设计指标要求。

Abstract: Based on the research status on the in-wheel direct-drive motor, a novel in-wheel direct-drive variable flux permanent magnet motor(VFPMM) with an outer-rotor was proposed. The basic structure of this motor was described firstly, and the flux-adjusting principle was analyzed combining the torque enhancement of NdFeB permanent magnet (PM) and the flux variability of AlNiCo PM. Then the electromagnetic design rule of the motor was discussed. The design and calculation method of the PM dimensions was analyzed and deduced, based on which a 3 kW prototype was designed. The magnetization characteristics of the prototype were analyzed, and the basic operation performance curve and efficiency maps were obtained through finite element simulations, which verified the rationality of the design. Finally, the experimental prototype was made. The results show that the prototype has a wide range of constant power speed regulation, good dynamic performance and high overall efficiency, which can meet the design requirements.
