摘 要:研究了采用直接反应法制备Al3Ti/ZL101原位复合材料的工艺 ,并对所制备材料的显微组织、相结构、力学性能及增强相组成进行了研究。结果表明 ,原位复合材料中的增强体为Al3Ti,该增强体的尺寸约为 0.5μm ,均匀分布于α(Al)基体中 ,它可较大幅度地提高原位复合材料的力学性能。
Abstract: The in situ composite Al3Ti/ZL101 produced by direct reaction method was studied. The mechanical properties, the microstructure of the composite and the composition of the new phase were also studied in detail. The results show that the dimension of reinforcing phase is about 0.5 μm which distributes in the matrix of α (Al) uniformly and reinforcer Al3Ti improves the composite’s mechanical properties greatly.
