氮和钇对Y-Ca-Si-Al-O-N系氧氮玻璃结构与性能的影响

摘    要:在氮气保护下,在1 550~1 650 ℃的硅钼电阻炉中熔融2 h制备Y-Ca-Si-Al-O-N系氧氮玻璃。采用X射线衍射分析确定玻璃样品的无定形态本质。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了玻璃的基本结构单元。研究了N/O比和Y/Ca比(平衡浓度比,%)对氧氮玻璃的密度、玻璃转变温度(tg)、热膨胀系数(α)、析晶峰温度(tc)、化学稳定性(腐蚀率)和维氏显微硬度的影响。结果发现,玻璃的物理性能分别随氮含量或钇含量的变化呈近似线性关系。制备的氧氮玻璃综合性能较好,有可能应用于透明装甲的硬质面板材料。

Abstract: Y-Ca-Si-Al-O-N oxynitride glasses were prepared by melting batches at 1 550-1 650 ℃ for 2 h under N2 atmosphere in a Si-Mo-heated resistance furnace. The amorphous nature of the samples was verified by an X-ray diffractometer. Fourier-transform IR spectroscopy was done to find out the basic structural units in these glasses. The influences of N/O ratio (eq.%) and Y/Ca ratio (eq.%) on the properties such as density, glass transition temperature (tg), thermal expansion coefficients, the crystallization temperature (tc), chemical durability(leaching rate) and Vickers hardness (HV) were investigated. The results show that the physical properties exhibit approximately linear relationship with the nitrogen content or yttrium content, respectively. The oxynitride glasses obtained with good comprehensive property may be used for hard front plate materials of transparent armour.
