钨合金球制造工艺的研究

摘    要：对钨合金球的成形、烧结工艺、材质选择、性能检测等问题进行了研究.结果表明,圆盘造球机制备钨合金球是一种理想的工艺.球的压溃试验是确定烧结参数的直接依据,钨合金球的压溃数据更能准确地代表成品钨合金球的性能.

Abstract: The shaping technology, sintering technology, material selecting method, property measurement technique and other problems of the tangsten alloy ball have been investigated.The results indicate that, the ball shaping process using disk-type ball shaping machine is an ideal shaping method, the crushing strength test of the sintered ball can provide the direct base for determining the sintering parameters, and the data gained from the crushing strength test can more precisely characterize the properties of the tangsten alloy ball.
