摘    要：针对各企业库存管理中库存积压严重的现状，对计算机辅助备件管理系统设计中降低库存的几条主要途径进行了探讨，确定了备件计划编制中合理订货量计算、计划准确性分析、库房占用资金分析及呆滞件分析的方法，为备件管理系统开发提供了借鉴．

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of over stock in spare parts stocking management, this article discusses some main routes of cutting down the spare parts′ stock while designing the computer aid spare parts management system. It also provided a set of practical and feasible schemes which can be used as reference by those developers of spare parts management system.
