摘 要:本文用电化学方法研究FXL-14(十四烷基亚氨基二次甲基膦酸)捕收黑钨矿的机理,为此制备了黑钨矿碳糊电极,用等腰三角波电位法测定该电极在FXL-14溶液中的微分电容和吸附热,从而得出FXL-14在黑钨矿表面的吸附属化学吸附的结论。
Abstract: In this paper, adsorption mechanism of the collector FXL-14 (tetradecyl imino- bimethyl phosphonic acid) by wolramite was investigated by means of electrochemical method. For this purpose, carbon paste electrode (wolframite + carbon + paraffin wax) was prepared. With the carbon paste electrode, the problem of poor conductivity of wolframite was solved. Double-layer capacitance of carbon paste electrode was measured with triangular potential sweep, and adsorption heat was estimated. According to the value of adsorption heat (Q=10. 6 kcal/mol), we can conclude that FXL-14 wolframite Chemical adsorption is reasonable. The proposed adsorption mechanism is: in lower pH (pH= 3--7.), the collector adsorpts on the ore surface directly with forming coordinate covalence bond, whereas in higher pH (pH>9), the collector adsorpts on the surface by exchanging adsorption with
