深海采矿扬矿模拟系统的试验研究

摘    要:在湖南道县深度为219 m、直径为2.2 m的竖井内,建成一套提升管高度为224 m、内径为200 mm的水力管道提升试验系统,该试验系统由采集、提升、布放回收、给料、人工标定和测控子系统组成。进行了模拟结核粒径为30 mm、流量为299.5~447.8 m3/h、体积分数为2%~5%的提升试验。同时进行试验系统布放回收技术研究,验证了我国中试采矿扬矿系统工艺设计的合理性,为进一步海上试验系统设计提供了参考依据。该成果突破了陆地采矿的传统观念,在水力输煤、河道疏竣及陆基水下采矿等行业具有推广应用价值。

Abstract: A set of hydraulic lifting pipe test system was built which is lifting pipe with 224 m in height and 200 mm in inner diameter, in 219 m in depth and 2.2 m in diameter of a mine shaft of Dao Country,Hunan. The system includes collecting, lifting, decorating and recycling, feeding, artificial calibration, measurement and control subsystems. The system utilizes 30 mm simulation nodules, flow velocity is 299.5-447.8 m3/h, and volume fraction is 2%?5%. Decorate and recycling technique of the system was researched. The test verifies rationality of process design of transport lifting test installation. It affords reference for future sea test system. Its technological achievement breaks through the traditional ideas of terrestrial mining and has promotion prospects in hydraulic conveyer coal, river dredging method and land-based underwater mining industries.
