首钢矿业公司链篦机-回转窑热工测试与分析

摘    要：2000年首钢矿业公司在北京科技大学的协助下,第1条大型链篦机-回转窑顺利投产,此后,链篦机-回转窑在中国发展迅速。为了深入了解其内在的规律,2006年首钢矿业公司与北京科技大学合作,对年产球团矿200万t的第2系列链篦机-回转窑进行了热工测试。介绍了测试的结果,可供全国球团矿生产和设计部门参考。

Abstract: A large-scale grate-kiln,was brought into operation smoothly at Shoudu-Steel with assistance of University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2000.Since then,the grate-kiln has been developing rapidly in the country.In order to understand the phenomena inside the grate-kiln comprehensively.The Shougang Mining Company,cooperated with University of Science and Technology Beijing,performed the thermo-technical measurement on the grate-kiln No.2 system with capacity of 2 million ton pellets per year in 2006.The results of the measurement are introduced briefly which might be a reference for the pellets producers and kiln designers in China.
