大型工业以太网在焦化厂的应用

摘    要：宁波钢铁有限公司五丰塘焦化厂是一个新建项目,其控制系统数量多达27个,分为冗余控制系统和非冗余控制系统两种类型。为实现全厂生产系统在集中控制室的监视、控制和操作功能,构建了全厂的基于工业以太网模式的分布式大型控制系统局域网络,分为一级网络和二级网络。该网络将罗克韦尔自动化的Ethernet/IP技术、赫斯曼工业交换机的网络通信技术、Windows网络安全技术等进行了有机结合,实现了大型工业以太网的成功应用。

Abstract: The Wufengtang Coking Plant of Ningbo Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.is a new project,which has 27 control systems,which can be divided into two types,redundant control system and non redundant control system.To achieve monitoring,control and operation function of the plant production system in center control room,we have constructed a large local area network of distributed control system of the whole plant based on industrial Ethernet model,which consists of Level I and Level Ⅱ networks.The network organically combined the Ethernet/IP technology of the Rockwell Automation,the industrial switches network communication technology of the Hirschmann and Windows network security technology,and realized a successful application of the large industrial Ethernet.
