用炉腹煤气量指数诺模化来指导高炉操作

摘    要：提供了高炉强化的数学分析方法。建议将高炉炉腹煤气量指数诺模化用来衡量高炉强化的程度,以及指明进一步高炉强化的途径。以宝钢3号高炉(4 350m³)为例说明高炉炉腹煤气量指数诺模化的方法,以及使用诺模图分析高炉进一步强化必须采取的措施。

Abstract: A mathematic analysis method for BF intensification was presented.It was suggested to evaluate the extent of BF intensification by representing the bosh gas index in nomograph,and the direction to further intensify the BF was described.Taking No.3 BF(4 350m³) of Baosteel as an example,the way to represent bosh gas index in monograph was explained,and the necessary measures for further intensification based on the monograph was tried to analyze.
