选矿厂计算机辅助配置设计

摘    要：对选矿工艺设备配置图的有效描述及算 法，是实现选矿厂计算机辅助配置设计的关键问题．本文通过将工艺设备等定义成“标准”的立方体“组件”，实现了设备配置图的有效描述，所定义的“标准组 件”包含了工艺设备及其安装空间．在确定工艺厂房几何尺寸的过程中，首先确定相应的“组件”及尺寸，并在约束条件下，对各“组件”的位置进行调整，较好地实现了设备配图设计．所编制的应用软件在某黄铜矿浮选厂的磨浮车间设备配置中得到了应用，其结果具有较好的准确性和实用性．

Abstract: The key problems of the concentrator computer aided layout are how to carry out the effective demonstration and algorithm of the equipment layout of mineral processing. In this paper, the effective demontration of equipment layout was realized with the definition of the equipment as standard volumes, and these standard volumes contain the space that equipment and the installing take up. To determine plant dimension, volumes and their dimension are determined at first, and the equipment layout could be finished by adjusting the position of volumes under some special constraints. This program was used in the design of grinding and flotation workshop of a chalcopyrite flotation concentrator, and the results are accurate and practical.
