HA型粘结剂的谱学研究

摘 要:利用红外光谱、电子自旋共振波谱、核磁共振波谱等测试技术对HA型粘结剂分子的结构进行了研究.结果表明:若n(C)/n(H)>1. 3,则η>7. 0×10-3Pa·s;若n(C)/n(H)<1. 3,则η<3.0×10-3Pa·s;若ΔB≤7×10-4T,则η≥7. 0×10-3Pa·s;若ΔB≥8. 5×10-4T,则η≤3. 0×10-3Pa·s;若n(H芳香)/n(H)≥0. 65,则η≥10×10-3Pa·s;若n(H芳香)/n(H)<0. 6,则η<3. 0×10-3Pa·s;粘结剂分子中碳氢原子数比、峰宽、芳香氢所占脂肪氢与芳香氢总量的比值与其性能的表征量(粘度)呈线性相关,为粘结剂粘结机理的研究提供了基础,为粘结剂的筛选提供了依据.
Abstract: The structure of HA type binder was systematically studied by means of 740 model FTIR spectrometer, JES-FE1XG model ESR spectrometer, and AC-80 model NMR spectrometer. The results show that if the atomic number ratio of carbon to hydrogenn(C)/n(H)>1.3, the viscosityηwill be >7. 0×10-3Pa·s;whereas,n(C)/n(H)<1. 3,η<3. 0×10-3Pa·s. If the peak width (ΔB)≤7×10-4T, then the viscosityη≥7. 0×10-3Pa·s ; whereas,ΔB≥8. 5×10-4T,η≤3. 0×10-3Pa·s; if the ratio of aromatic hydrogen to aliphatic and aromatic hydrogenn(Haromectic)/n(H) is≥0. 65, the viscosity will be≥10×10-3Pa·s,;whereas, Haromectic/H<0. 6,η<3. 0×10-3Pa·s.There exists a linear relationship between the viscosity and n(C)/n(H), the viscosity andΔB, the viscosity andn(Haromectic)/n(H). The results are significant for study on binder mechanism and selection of binder.
