考虑荷载与浸水条件的预崩解炭质泥岩变形试验

摘    要:为研究荷载与浸水条件下预崩解炭质泥岩变形特性,研发一套可综合考虑压实度、含水率、竖向荷载、浸水时间及循环次数等因素的湿化变形试验装置,并设计相应试验方案,开展荷载与浸水条件下预崩解炭质泥岩变形特性试验。研究结果表明:在加载初期和首次浸水时,预崩解炭质泥岩产生较大竖向变形,分别为压缩变形和湿化变形,湿化变形量比压缩变形量大25.7%;各因素对预崩解炭质泥岩竖向变形影响的主次顺序(从主至次)依次为竖向荷载→循环次数→浸水时间→压实度→含水率,且竖向变形与荷载呈正相关关系,对试样进行浸水循环会大大增加湿化变形;得到预崩解炭质泥岩最大竖向变形与各因素的函数关系式,可为建立炭质泥岩湿化变形计算理论及工程实践提供参考依据。

Abstract: To study the deformation characteristics of pre-disintegrating carbonaceous mudstone under loading and foundering condition, a new type of wetting deformation test device was developed. Considering the factors such as compactness, moisture content, vertical load, foundering time and cycle number synthetically, a series of deformation tests of pre-disintegrating carbon mudstone were carried out on the basis of orthogonal experiment. The results show that the pre-disintegrating carbon mudstone can produce a large vertical deformation at the time of initial adding water and loading, and they are compressive deformation and wetting deformation, respectively. The wetting deformation is 25.7% higher than compressive deformation. The main order of influence of various factors on the maximum vertical deformation of pre-disintegrating carbon mudstone from large to small is pressure load, cycle number, foundering time, compactness and moisture content. The vertical deformation of pre-disintegrating carbon mudstone is positively related to vertical load. Wet-dry cycle greatly increases the wetting deformation of samples. The function relationship between various factors and the maximum vertical deformation of pre-disintegrated carbonaceous mudstone is obtained. It can provide references for the relevant theoretical research and engineering practice.
