二溴对甲偶氮二溴羧光度法测定铝合金中钴

摘 要:研究显色剂二溴对甲偶氮二溴羧与钴的显色反应。pH=10.2的柠檬酸铵—氨水溶液中,钴与二溴对甲偶氮二溴羧反应形成绿色配合物,最大吸收波长为650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.59×104。25mL的溶液中,钴量在0~25μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于铝合金中钴的测定,相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率在99%~102%,结果与苦胺酸偶氮变色酸光度法一致。
Abstract: The chromogenic reaction between the reagent DBM Dibromo carboxylase and cobalt is investigated.In medium of citric ammonium-ammonia solution with pH=10.2,cobalt reacts with the reagent to form a green complex which exhibits an absorption maximum at 650nm with a apparent molar absorptivity of 2.59×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.It is consonant with Beer law in the range of 0~25μg/25mL for cobalt.With application of the proposed method to determination of cobalt in aluminum alloy,the RSD(n=5) is between 1.4% and 1.9%,and recovery is in the range of 99%~102%.
