摘    要:基于SiC复合材料具有硬度高、化学性质稳定、热膨胀系数小等一系列优良特性,在能源、军工、机械、化工等领域得到广泛应用,按组成对SiC复合材料进行分类,在此基础上介绍目前国内外SiC复合材料的制备方法;基于SiC具有较大脆性和较高的熔点,导致SiC复合材料具有韧性低、难以制备等缺点,对常用的SiC复合材料增强增韧的手段和研究进展进行讨论,并对增强增韧的机制进行分析;综述SiC复合材料在性能方面的优势和其应用领域,并对SiC复合材料未来的研究发展方向进行展望。

Abstract: Considering that SiC composites are widely used in energy, military industry, machine manufacturing, chemical industry and other fields because of the high hardness, superior stability, low thermal expansion coefficient and other excellent properties, SiC composites were classified based on their composition, and the methods to obtain SiC composites were introduced. Considering that SiC composites have inherent brittleness and high melting point of SiC, SiC composites have lower toughness and are difficult to obtain, the research progress of strengthening and toughening of SiC composites were discussed, and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening was analyzed. The advantages and application fields of SiC composites were summarized, and the future research and development direction of SiC composites were prospected.
