MgO来源对磁铁精矿球团预热行为的影响

摘    要:分别对普通磁铁矿球团、高镁磁铁矿和普通磁铁矿配加MgO粉的球团预热行为进行研究,考察镁的来源对球团预热性能的影响。研究结果表明:在850~1 000 ℃的预热温度下,磁铁矿预热球的抗压强度随着MgO质量分数的升高而降低。在相同预热条件下,普通磁铁矿预热球的抗压强度最高;以类质同象形式存在或外加的MgO均会降低磁铁矿预热球的抗压强度,外加MgO粉的磁铁矿预热球强度最低;高镁磁铁矿球团氧化困难,预热球团中存在明显的双层结构;外加的MgO粉在磁铁矿球团预热阶段仅有少量矿化,未矿化的MgO粉残留在新生Fe2O3颗粒之间,影响新生晶粒之间的微晶连接及晶粒生长,致使其预热球强度最低。

Abstract: Three different kinds of pellets(general magnetite pellets, magnetite with high MgO content pellets and magnetite pellets added MgO powder) were studied to investigate the influence of MgO sources on the behavior of preheated pellets. The results show that the compressive strength of preheated pellets reduces with the increase of the mass fraction of MgO at different preheated temperatures varing from 850 ℃ to 1 000 ℃. The common preheated magnetite pellets have the maximal compressive strength under the same preheating condition. The MgO existing in isomorphism or adscitious MgO powder can both decrease the compressive strength of preheated pellet, and the strength of pellets added with adscitious MgO powder is minimum. The oxidation of pellets made from magnetite with high MgO mass fraction is difficult, and preheated pellets present the double layer structure. Only a small amount of adscititious MgO powder mineralizes during the preheating stage. The unmineralized MgO powder remains in the hematite grains, which will affect the connections of new hematite grains and the growth of grains, and leads to the low compressive strength of preheated pellets finally.
