聚合物包覆纳米Fe的液相法制备与磁性能

摘    要:采用NaBH4液相化学还原工艺,在PVP-VAc嵌段共聚物在溶剂中形成的微反应器中制备表面包覆有嵌段共聚物的金属铁纳米颗粒。通过XRD,TEM以及紫外和红外光谱等手段对表面包覆的纳米铁粉的结构和形貌进行分析,并用振动样品磁强计分析其磁性能。研究结果表明:所制备的纳米铁粉为体型立方晶,样品为球形,且分散良好;颗粒粒度为12~35 nm,颗粒平均粒度为21 nm;纳米铁粉的矫顽力为15.2 kA/m,饱和磁化强度为18.6 A?m2/kg;纳米铁颗粒表面包覆了PVP-VAc嵌段共聚物。

Abstract: The polymer-coating iron nanoparticles were prepared by NaBH4 reduction process of liquid phase in the micro-reactor formed by PVP-VAc block polymer. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), Ultraviolet spectra(UV) and infrared radiation spectra(IR).The results show that the as-prepared sample is body-centered cubic (bcc) iron. The bcc Fe is nanoparticles of 12-35 nm in diameter and the average diameter is 21 nm. The coercivity of the iron nano-particles is about 15.2 kA/m and the saturation magnetization is 18.6 A?m2/kg. The iron nano-particles aree coated by PVP-VAc block polymer.
