响应曲面法优化铜阳极泥微波浸出硒工艺

摘    要:对高镍铜阳极泥进行回收硒的实验研究。实验采用双氧水作氧化剂在硫酸体系中微波浸出铜阳极泥。通过响应曲面法对微波功率、反应时间和双氧水浓度等工艺参数进行研究并优化。研究结果表明:反应时间对硒浸出率的影响最显著,微波功率和双氧水浓度的影响次之。微波功率与双氧水浓度的交互作用最显著,反应时间与双氧水浓度的交互作用次之,而微波功率与反应时间的交互作用则不显著。最优化实验条件为:微波功率691 W,反应时间464 s,双氧水浓度1.32 mol/L。在优化后的工艺条件下,硒浸出率为99.62%,99.48%和99.76%,与模型预测值十分接近。

Abstract: The present study was carried out for the recovery of selenium from nickel-riched copper anode slime. Hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid were used as oxidizing agent and leaching solvent, respectively, for microwave assisted leaching of copper anode slime. The effect of important parameters, such as microwave power, reaction time and H2O2 concentration, was investigated and the process conditions were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). The results show that the effect of reaction time on the selenium leaching efficiency is the most significant, and that the effect of microwave power and H2O2 concentration is secondary. The interaction of microwave power and H2O2 concentration is the most significant to the selenium leaching efficiency, followed by the interaction of reaction time and H2O2 concentration, while the interaction of microwave power and reaction time is insignificant. The optimum conditions of microwave assisted leaching process are as follows: microwave power 691 W, reaction time 464 s and H2O2 concentration 1.32 mol/L. Under the optimized conditions, the selenium leaching efficiencies are 99.62%, 99.48% and 99.76%, which well agree with the values predicted by the model.
