深厚软土地基预制管桩荷载传递试验与数值分析

摘    要:以杭甬(浙江杭州—宁波)铁路客运专线深厚软土地基超长预制管桩现场静载试验为基础,结合桩身应力测试结果,对其承载机理和变形特性进行分析,探讨采用反分析技术确定荷载传递法中传递函数参数的适用性。针对静载试验中有、无桩身轴力测试2种情况,分别给出目标函数的确定方法;采用复合形法优化确定双曲线传递函数的参数,将其应用于试桩的荷载-沉降曲线和桩身轴力计算,并与实测结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:提出的基于荷载-沉降曲线或桩身轴力实测数据反分析确定传递函数参数的方法能方便地获得桩侧各土层计算参数,这2种情况下桩身轴力和桩顶位移计算值与测试值吻合较好。此方法有助于进一步研究桩基的承载特性和桩土作用机理,为估算基桩沉降提供方便。

Abstract: The results of axial loading tests on prestressed concrete pipe pile in deep soft soil were discussed, which pile was built on Shangyu North Station in the Hangzhou—Ningbo high-speed railway for the reinforcement treatment of deep soft soil . An analytical model was used to evaluate the limit skin friction at the pile-soil interface. The model based on the hyperbolic transfer function technique and back analysis was carried out. The parameters were modified by fitting the measured pile shaft forces or pile top settlement to compute simulation results depending on whether the axial force test data are available. The results show that using the proposed method, the parameters can be easily obtained. The calculated pile top displacement and axial force are consistent with test values in both cases. The proposed method is helpful to further research on the bearing characteristic of pile foundation and pile-soil interaction mechanism, and provides convenience for the estimation of pile foundation settlement.
