摘    要:为建立能反映无缝道岔组合实际受力情况的计算、分析模型,基于有限单元法,建立了多组无缝道岔相联结时钢轨纵向力及位移的计算模型,编制了计算软件,并以12号固定辙叉无缝道岔为例,分析了不同联接形式无缝道岔对钢轨附加力及位移的影响。研究结果表明:道岔不同联结形式对钢轨的受力及变形有明显的影响,其组合效应不容忽视,特别是钢轨的位移受组合效应影响很大;随着组合道岔组合数的增加,钢轨附加力及钢轨位移的组合效应也随之增加,但增加幅值逐渐减少。

Abstract: In order to establish a model that can reflect the real force of the welded turnout, mechanical models as well as a software based on the finite element method are established to evaluate the additional longitudinal force and displacement of the welded turnout combination system. Using the Chinese No.12 turnout with rigid frog as an example, the influences of the link-style of the welded turnout on the rail displacements and longitudinal forces are analyzed. The results show that the link-style of the welded turnout has a significant influence on the rail displacement and longitudinal force of the rails, especially for the displacement of rails, and the influence should not to be neglected. With the turnout number of the combination system increasing, the displacement and additional longitudinal force increase too, but the amplitude decreases.
