组合筒模具的强度设计

摘    要:本文比较系统地研究了组合筒模具的强度设计原理和方法。给出了九组组合筒的设计公式。这些公式能适应模具材料为脆性或塑性,以及内外筒材料相同或不同时的各种情况,用来设计内外筒等强度,内简无张力、内筒比外筒更安全等三类不同要求的组合筒模具。由于这些公式大多数是第一次推荐到模具设计中来,文中通过三个典型实例分析介绍了设计方案的选择;指出了各设计方案的特点和差异;并讨论了它们在粉末冶金模具设计中的适用性问题。

Abstract: A more systematic study of the principle and the method for designing compasite cylinder die from the point of view of strength is completed in this paper. In order to give a series of methods for designing the sizes of dies used in powder metallurgy nine groups of formulae for designing compasite cylinder are presented. These formulae are applicable to a variety of cases in which the materials of dies may be brittle or plastic, in addition, the materials of inner and external cylinders may be the same or different from each other. By using these formulae three types of compasite cylinder die can be designed. They are desired to satisfy one of the following requirements, (1) of equal strength in inner and external cylinder, (2) without tension in the inner cylinder, (3) of safer inner cylinder. Since most of them are firstly recommended to the design of P/M die, three typic examples are discussed(which are the dies for pressing and forging and the cylinders for isostatic pressing) to explain the choice of design variants, to show the feature and particularity of different variants and to estimate their availability in the design of P/M die.
