金川电炉渣物理化学性质测定

摘 要:本文叙述了金川有色金属公司电炉渣的粘度、表面张力、密度、电导及熔点等物理化学性质的测定方法,并以图表形式列出了十五个现场生产渣样的测试结果。以测试数据和文献资料为依据,讨论了炉渣的这几种物理化学性质与炉渣组成的关系。测定结果表明,金川电炉渣的物化性能基本上能满足电炉冶炼的要求。
Abstract: The methods for the measuement of viscosity,surface tension,density,conductance and melting temperature of the Jingchuan electric furnace slagare described.The data shown in the diagrams and tables are obtained fromslag samples taken from the smelting plant of that Company.According tothese data and relevant reference literature,the relations between the slagcomposition and its physico-chemical properties have been discussed.Theresults of measurement have shown that the properties of the slag studied couldin the main meet the requirements for the electric furnace smelting.
