基于知识的数控机床ICAID系统的构建

摘    要:将设计知识和用户知识的提取过程作为获取工业设计知识的方法,并以知识为基础构建数控机床ICAID系统中的知识系统;通过口语分析实验和意象尺度实验,得出工业设计师与工程师的设计思维差异以及构建ICAID系统所需的系统知识,即:关于组织、管理的系统知识与工业设计领域求解问题的系统知识;分析设计师与工程师对数控机床造型设计的认知过程,得出自上而下和自下而上2种不同的认知方式,提出对应的意象尺度图与草图器2种知识推理机制;结合设计经验知识与构建ICAID系统所需知识的类型和应用模式,研究ICAID系统的构建方式,提出一个能为用户解决数控机床工业设计领域问题的知识系统模型。

Abstract: The acquisition of knowledge about design and user in terms of industrial design is related to the knowledge-based framework of ICAID for numerical control machine tool. The experiments with the techniques of protocol analysis and image scale analysis were carried out to study the thinking difference between industrial designer and engineer, and to obtain the system knowledge about the construction of system, such as, the system knowledge about managing knowledge and about resolving question in the field of industrial design. Studying the cognitive process of designing and knowledge of design, the 2 different cognitive ways, i.e. top-to-bottom and bottom-to-up processes were obtained, which were correspondently expressed by the map of image scale and the sketch machine. Based on the experiments and cases study, the types of knowledge-based system with a practical framework and a schema of knowledge system were proposed.A knowledge-based system model of ICAID for numerical control machine tool and the ICAID system were built.
