摘    要:研究攀枝花低品位钛精矿的球磨活化-微波还原。采用激光粒度及X衍射研究不同球磨条件下钛铁矿的粒度和物相变化并进行分析,结果表明磨矿活化使矿物颗粒逐渐减小、特征峰宽化、晶粒变细;研究了活化物料的升温和还原行为,并对还原产物微观形貌和物相进行分析,表明活化物料有良好的微波吸收性能和还原效应。证实在反应过程中存在"热点"。球磨8h的混合物料在温度900℃、反应时间30min条件内金属化率超过90%。

Abstract: The ball milling and followed microwave reduction of Panzhihua low grade titanium concentrate were investigated.The grain size and phase transformation of ilmenite were characterized by LPS and XRD TG techniques under different ball milling conditions.The results show that the ore particle,ilmenite crystal grains were fined and characteristic crest widened after milled.The behavior of the rise of temperature and reduction of the activated mixed mineral were studied,and the morphology and phase component of reduction product was also analyzed.The results show that the activated mixed mineral owned a well microwave absorption property and reduction effect in the microwave field.Hotspots were verified during reduction process.A 90% Fe-metallization of activated ilmenite was obtained under the conditions of temperature 900℃ and holding time 30 min.
