基于Gamma随机过程的西部严酷环境下钢筋混凝土可靠性评估

摘    要:针对西部盐渍土环境下钢筋混凝土结构服役寿命较短的问题,根据盐渍土地质环境设置由氯化钠和硫酸镁组成的复合溶液,制备不同强度等级的钢筋混凝土试件,将试件放置于溶液中进行长期浸泡,通过CS350电化学工作站对混凝土中钢筋进行长期跟踪研究,探究多因素腐蚀下钢筋混凝土腐蚀规律。根据实测的部分寿命数据建立Gamma随机过程模型并对剩余寿命进行预测。研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土抗腐蚀性能随强度等级的提高而提高。Gamma随机过程可以较为有效地描述混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀轨迹,采用该方法预测的钢筋混凝土剩余寿命是可行的。

Abstract: In view of the short service life of reinforced concrete structures in the western salty soil environment, a composite solution composed of sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate was set up according to the salty soil environment to prepare reinforced concrete specimens of different strength levels. The specimens were placed in the solution for long-term immersion. Long-term follow-up study was conducted on the steel in concrete through CS350 electrochemical workstation to explore the corrosion law of reinforced concrete during multi-factor corrosion. Based on the observed data, a random process model in Gamma was established and the residual life was predicted. The results show that the corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete increases with the increase of strength grade. The Gamma random process can be used to describe the corrosion trajectory of steel in concrete effectively, and the residual life of reinforced concrete predicted by this method is feasible.
