新型烟气脱硫脱氮吸附催化剂的制备

摘    要:以褐煤为主原料研制出能同时进行燃煤烟气脱硫脱氮的吸附催化剂———褐煤基吸附催化剂,研究了影响褐煤基吸附催化剂性能的因素,确定了褐煤基吸附催化剂制备的工艺流程及最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:原料配比、干馏温度、活化温度、活化时间等影响褐煤基吸附催化剂性能;在最佳工艺条件下,所制备的褐煤基吸附催化剂的转鼓强度为94%~96%,碘吸附率为38%~54%,脱硫率为88%~96%,脱氮率为70%~94%。

Abstract: A new absorptive catalyst used for removing SO2and NOxfrom flue gas was prepared using lignite as a main raw material. The optimum process conditions for preparation of the absorptive catalyst are obtained. The influences of the ratio of raw material mixture, dry distillation temperature, activation temperature and activation time on the performance of the absorptive catalyst were investigated. The results show that the factors affect the performance of the absorptive catalyst from lignite. The absorptive catalyst from lignite prepared under the optimum conditions has the rotary strength of 94%-96% and the iodine absorption rate of 38%-54%. After modification treatment, its desulfuration efficiency is 88% 96% and denitrification efficiency is 70% 94%.
