新型个性化通风系统预防传染病传播数值研究

摘    要:针对医院病房内易出现病人间通过空气途径发生传染病交叉感染的问题,提出一种发散源可控的局部空调个性化通风装置作为空调系统末端,利用计算流体力学对该个性化通风系统进行模拟计算。研究结果表明:相比于传统空调,该个性化通风系统能够更有效地提供新风,并排走带有致病物的空气,使排污效率达到1.6,吸入空气质量指数高达20.5;该个性化通风系统流场也会受到中央空调系统流场的影响,导致排污效率及吸入空气质量指数降低;该个性化通风系统可以应用于医院病房以降低交叉感染概率,同时,该研究方法还可以评估中央空调通风系统与个性化通风系统的耦合现象,为科学使用个性化通风系统提供依据与策略。

Abstract: A new personalized ventilation system which integrates personalized air supply system and air exhaust system was proposed to prevent cross infection in hospital ward. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was employed to investigate the airflow pattern and contaminants dispersion in the ward with different ventilation systems. Numerical study results show that compared to traditional mixing ventilation system, the proposed personalized ventilation can not only deliver fresh air but also remove the exhaled pollutants efficiently. The ventilation effectiveness is as high as 1.6 and the inhaled air quality index is as high as 20.5. The airflow produced by the personalized ventilation system can be influenced by central air conditioner which reduces the ventilation effectiveness and inhaled air quality. The proposed personalized ventilation system can be applied in hospital ward to reduce cross infection risk.
