双向摩擦塑性加工过程的修正刚塑性有限元法

摘 要:本文从分析刚塑性有限元法应用于双向摩擦塑性加工过程存在的问题入手,提出了等效应力函数和指数摩擦模型,对能量泛函中应变能项和摩擦功耗进行相应变换处理,产生了一种适用范围广的修正刚塑性有限元法。分析表明,该修正法较满意地解决了双向摩擦塑性加工中存在的刚性区和流动分界面处奇异点问题。应用此法计算了轧制时的接触应力,获得了与实验相吻合的结果。
Abstract: Afser discussing the main problems involved in application of rigid-plastic finite elemnet method (RPFEM) to double-direction friction plastic working process, this paper develops a modified RPFEM. In this modified method, an equivalent stress function and an exponential friction model are presented, and the expressions of strain energy and frictional work are revised correspondingly. It is shown that the modified RPFEM can solve satisfactorily the problems such as rigid zone and flow- interface singular point. The contact stresses in rolling are calculated and the re- sults coincide with the measured ones.
