从Pb-Pt-Pd合金中真空蒸馏分离Pb

摘    要:采用真空蒸馏方法分离Pb-Pt-Pd合金,考察温度、蒸馏时间、真空度对真空蒸馏分离效果的影响。研究结果表明:含Pt和Pd分别为5%的Pb-Pt-Pd合金在1 250 K和30 Pa条件下进行1次蒸馏,当蒸馏时间延长至2 h后Pb脱除率接近于92.6%,1次蒸余物中的Pt和Pd含量保持在60%左右。将1次蒸余物在1 523 K和30 Pa条件下进行2次及3次蒸馏,所得2次及3次蒸余物中Pt和Pd质量分数分别为67.23%和68.98%。

Abstract: Vacuum distillation for separation of Pb from Pb-Pt-Pd alloy was investigated. The effects of temperature, distillation time and pressure on the vacuum separation were studied. The primary distillation results show that the removal rate of Pb is close to 92.6%, and Pt and Pd content in primary distillation residue remained around 60% when the Pb-Pt-Pd alloy containing 5% Pt and 5% Pd is distillated for more than 2 h at 1 250 K and 30 Pa. After secondary distillation and third distillation under the same condition of 1 523 K and 30 Pa, the Pt and Pd contents in secondary and third residue are 67.23% and 68.98%, respectively.
