摘 要：在经济技术预测决策系统总体设计的基础上，以某大型铜矿山企业为原型，通过优势分析和主成分分析相结合，确定了矿业系统的决策指标体系，并在此指标体系下，建立了动、静态灰色决策模型群，为矿业系统的决策提供了科学依据．
Abstract: Based on the overall design of systematic research on the economic and technological prediction and decision-making in the minerals system, the dominant method of determining the index system is proposed in this paper. By making use of the indices, a group of grey decision-making models is set up, and the economical analysis about a large copper complex is completed.
