新型耗能增强型SMA阻尼器设计和滞回耗能性能分析

摘    要:通过形状记忆合金的材性试验研究其超弹性变形性能,并将其等效拟合为多线性模型,得到其计算参数。提出一种新型耗能增强型SMA阻尼器,说明其构造,阐述其工作原理和设计要点,并介绍阻尼器的设计方法,推导阻尼器的恢复力模型。通过有限元程序对设置该阻尼器的多层钢框架、对角设置SMA拉索的多层钢框架、普通钢框架进行低周反复分析,对比研究了该阻尼器的消能减震能力。研究结果表明:该阻尼器的滞回环非常饱满,耗能能力强,优于对角设置SMA拉索的耗能效果,因此,该新型耗能增强型SMA阻尼器在消能减震领域具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: The super-elastic deformation behavior of shape memory alloy was tested, and its stress-strain curves were equivalent to multi-linear model. A new enhanced energy dissipation SMA damper was proposed, and its structure, working principle, and design methods were introduced. The restoring force model formula of the damper was derived. A total of three analytical models were calculated by repeated low-cycle analysis. The results show that the hysteresis loop of the damper is fuller, and SMA cables of the damper show superior energy dissipation capacity. Therefore, the new SMA damper has a better value and prospects in engineering.
