TiH2*-TiC烧结时TiC颗粒长大的机埋

摘 要:本文对TiH2-TiC固相烧结时TiC颗粒长大机理进行了研究。结果表明:在该固相烧结过程中,存在着与某些液相烧结类似的规律,即TiC颗粒长大过程服从Ostwald-Wanger规律。在1200℃时Ti-TiC间的界面反应为本长大过程的控制过程。
Abstract: The mechanism of coarsening of TiC particles under the solid sintering of TiH2-TiC has been studied. The results suggest that there is a rule similar to some liquid sintering processes in the solid sintering process, i. e. the coarsening process of TiC obeys the rule of Ostwald-Wanger. The process is controlled by Ti-TiC interfacial reation at 1200℃.
