电熔氧化锆在微波场中的吸波特性和升温行为

摘    要:研究以电熔法制备的电熔氧化锆在微波场中的吸波特性及其复介电常数与微波频率的关系,测定电熔氧化锆在微波场中的升温曲线,采用微波谐振腔法测定电熔氧化锆的吸波特性,利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究微波加热的电熔氧化锆相组成和微观结构。研究结果表明:电熔氧化锆具有良好的吸波特性,在微波输出功率为3 kW的条件下能以368.75 ℃/min的平均升温速率快速升温,在2.45 GHz频率下其介质损耗因数为1.112,电熔氧化锆晶体中存在的晶体缺陷、晶格畸变和氧空位对加强微波的吸收有较大的作用。

Abstract: The raw material of fused zirconia was prepared by melting method in electric arc furnace (EAF), the microwave-absorbing characteristics of fused zirconia in microwave field and the relationships between the microwave frequency and microwave absorbing of fused zirconia were studied, and the temperature curve of fused zirconia heated by microwave was measured. The phase composition and the microstructure of fused zirconia in microwave field were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractrometry. The results indicate that the fused zirconia has good microwave absorption ability. The permittivity of fused zirconia at frequency of 2.45 GHz is 1.112. The average temperature rising velocity is 368.75 ℃/min when microwave output power is 3 kW. The tape of solid-solution of fused zirconia is confirmed through calculating. The crystal defects, lattice distortion and the oxygen vacancy of fused zirconia can enhance its microwave-absorbing characteristics.
