摘    要:环境协调性评价是一种新型的环境评价工具.根据我国钢铁生产的资源、能源实际情况,结合我国环境排放的有关标准,提出了综合相对环境指数的概念,建立了钢铁生产的环境协调性累积比较模型,并对我国钢铁生产的2种典型流程进行了评价.评价结果表明,对直接还原-电炉DRI/EF和高炉-转炉BF/BOF 2种流程,铁和钢生产过程的环境综合比例指数分别为60.22%和52.4%, DRI/EF流程的综合环境性能远远优于BF/BOF流程的综合环境性能.

Abstract: As a novel systematic environmental assessment tool, life cycle assessment (LCA) has been developed quickly. The research on the practical method for life cycle assessment is the focuses of many countries. Considering the resources and energy situations and the relative environmental standards of Chinese iron&steel industry, integrated related environmental index was proposed and an accumulative assessment model for life cycle assessment was established, which was applied in the assessment of the two typical processes for producing iron & steel,i.e., DRI/EF process and BF/BOF process. The results indicate that the integrated related environmental index is 60.22% for the production of iron and is 52.4% for the production of steel, when DRI/EF process is compared with BF/BOF process. The environmental performance of the DRI/EF process is superior to that of the BF/BOF process.
