锻造工艺对Ti40阻燃钛合金微观组织与力学性能的影响

摘    要:采用3种工艺锻造出Ti40阻燃钛合金90 mm方棒,对棒材的微观组织及力学性能进行研究,结果表明:减少锻造火次、增加单火的变形量可以有效细化Ti40合金棒材的晶粒尺寸、提高组织均匀性,即使原始组织晶粒度不够均匀,也能够得到有效的改善。采用多火次小变形量锻造易造成Ti40合金棒材微观组织粗化和不均匀。Ti40合金棒材的拉伸强度和塑性对β晶粒尺寸变化不敏感,蠕变性能随晶粒尺寸增大略有提高,用于锻件成形的Ti40合金坯料应该进行充分锻造,以避免因小变形量校正变形产生粗大和不均匀的组织。

Abstract: 90 mm tetragonal bars were made by forging Ti40 burn resistant titanium alloy through three different forging processes. The microstructures and mechanical properties of these forged bars were studied. The results show that it is a effective way to uniform and refine the beta grain size of Ti40 alloy bars through large deformation processing, even if the primary microstructures are not uniform. Multiple forging with small deformation can easily make the beta grain size of Ti40 alloy bars coarser and nonuniform. Tensile properties of Ti40 alloy bars are not very sensitive to the beta grain size. Creep properties slightly improve with the increase of beta grain size. To avoid coarse and nonuniform microstructures, forging blanks should be well performed before the final forging due to the small deformation modification.
