比例堰流量计的研制及其在湿法冶金中的应用

摘    要：本文讨论了比例堰的设计、加工和安装问题。根据相似原理进行了比例堰的模型实验研究。研制成的流量计已应用于锌湿法冶金过程,测量易结晶硫酸锌溶液的流量。

Abstract: The problems of design, manufacture and installation of proportion weirare discussed in this paper. According to the principle of similitude, themodel experiment of proportion weir has been carried out. The developedflowmeter has been applied to measuring the flow of lazily crystallinic zincsulfate solution (also called New Solution) in the process of zinc hydrome-tallurgy. Satisfactory results have been obtained on testing ground.
