摘    要:利用红外光谱、紫外光谱及动电位测定的方法研究了螯合剂辛基羟昕酸,α-亚硝基-β-萘酚对黑钨矿的捕收作用机理。测定查明药剂是以化学吸附及表面反应生成表面螯合物为主,药剂与金属离子的螯合反应、药剂的质子化以及矿物金属离子羟基化合物生成反应的平衡计算均与浮选实验结果相符,表明黑钨矿浮选行为与化学吸附的发生及锰离子螯合物的形成有着密切关系。

Abstract: This paper studies the action of chelating agents (octyl hydroxamic acid and 1-nitroso-2-naphthol) on wolframite flotation with infrared spectra, ultraviolet spectra and electrokinetic phenomena. The results show that the mechanism is mainly of chemisorption and chemical reaction with metallic ions of wolframite surface of these collectors to form insoluble chelates. The correspondence between the results of solution equilibria calculation, including chelating reaction of the agents and metallic ions, dessociation of the agents and hydrolysis reaction of metallic ions, and tests results show that the flotation behavior of wolframite is closely related to the chemisorption of the collector and the formation of chelating complex of manganous ion. According to calculation of solution equilibria, the theore- tical optimum pH values of flotation were given and the results were agveeable to tests.
