闪速熔炼中微量元素气相形态的热力学分析

摘 要:在重新筛选有关热力学数据的基础上,选择了AS,Sb,Bi气相物质的热力学数据。结合冶金数据库的热力学计算功能,计算了在铜闪速熔炼条件下各微量元素气相物质的平衡分压,确定了气相中微量元素的主要存在形态为M,M2,MS和MO(M=AS,Sb,Bi)。
Abstract: Thermodynamic data for As,Sb,Bi and their oxide and sulfide gases have been critical-ly reviewed and compiled.The partial pressure of each species was calculated by the functionof metallurgical database system,and the predominant gaseous species in the condition offlash smelting were determined as M,M2,MO and MS(M=As,Sb,Bi)。
