主晶相为Y3Al5O12的Y-Al-Si-O-N微晶玻璃的制备

摘    要:为制备主晶相为Y3Al5O12(即YAG)的Y-Al-Si-O-N氧氮微晶玻璃,对组成为Y28Al24Si48O83N17的氧氮玻璃作不同的热处理,并采用差示扫描量热法确定基础玻璃样品的热处理制度;采用X线衍射仪和结合能谱分析鉴定微晶玻璃样品的物相;采用扫描电镜观察微晶玻璃样品的微观形貌。研究结果表明:在1 200 ℃及其以下温度对玻璃样品进行热处理所得的Y-Al-Si-O-N微晶玻璃样品中只包含YAG相;当热处理温度高于1 200 ℃时,微晶玻璃中除YAG相外还有少量O′-Sialon相;随着热处理温度升高,YAG树枝晶的枝干长度增大,枝叶变厚;通过两步热处理法得到的YAG晶粒尺寸远小于一步热处理法的晶粒尺寸。

Abstract: Different heat treatments were performed on an oxynitride glass with composition of Y28Al24Si48O83N17 in the Y-Al-Si-O-N system to prepare Y3Al5O12-based glass-ceramics. Heat treatment schedules were determined by differential scanning calorimetry. Crystalline phases in the glass-ceramics were identified by X-ray diffraction and energy dispersion spectrometer. Microstructures of the glass-ceramics were observed by scanning electron microscopy. YAG appears in all glass-ceramics obtained after heat treatments at or below 1 200 ℃ as the only crystalline phase. Glass-ceramics contain YAG major phase and a small amount of O′-Sialon phase when heat treatment temperatures are higher than 1 200 ℃. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, grain size of the dendrite crystal which corresponds to YAG phase increases and the dendrite branches get thickened. Moreover, grain size of YAG phase resulting from two-stage heat treatment is much smaller than that of YAG phase obtained by one-stage heat treatment.
