CSP产线全流程负荷分配策略优化

摘    要:为了降低热连轧生产能耗,将出炉温度和负荷分配作为优化变量,建立生产能耗目标函数,采用一种参数自学习动态差分进化算法对目标函数进行求解,实现出炉温度和压下负荷分配的最优化。研究结果表明:对于典型规格,与传统的工艺制度相比,能耗降低9%左右,收敛速度快,计算时间能够满足在线使用要求,证明了该方法在线使用的有效性,为现场工艺提供了指导。

Abstract: In order to reduce the energy consumption of production, taking the furnace temperature and load distribution as the optimization variables, the production energy objective function was established, and the differential evolution algorithm was used to solve the objective function to optimize the furnace temperature and the load distribution. The results show that compared with the traditional production process, the energy consumption is reduced by 9% for typical specifications. The algorithm has fast convergence speed and the calculation time can meet the requirements of online use, which proves the effectiveness of the method online and provides guidance for the on-site process.
