物理和化学速率过程的一个通用方程

摘 要:本文提出了一个用于表述一般物理和化学速率过程的经验方程:dE/dt=K(Ei—E)/t。式中E是物料在时间t被提取、转换或被回收的百分数,K是速率常数,Ei是一个渐近值,等于无限长时间内物料被提取的最大百分数,可用图解法求出。在1/(Ei-E)对t的双对数座标上,正确的Ei值应给出一条直线。Ei可以分成两类:1)E≤1;2)Ei>1。用水冶、火法冶炼、选矿和化学过程的速率过程数据检验了这种形式的速率方程的适用性。
Abstract: A rate equation dE/dt = K (Ei - E) / t, where E is the fraction of the matetial being extracted, converted, or recovered at time t, k is the tate constant, and E_i an asymptote, has been found to be useful in describing general physical and chemical rate processes. A method of graphical evaluation of Ei is described. Data of rate processes in hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, mineral processing, and chemical pro- cesses were used for demonstration to check the applicability of this form of rate equation.
